What caffeine is actually doing to a depleted body and nervous system (it's not the same as what it does to a healthy one).
The alcohol and anxiety trap: why it feels like it's helping and exactly why it isn't. What to replace both with, and a 7-day challenge you can start the morning after this session.

Hydration: the most skipped step in burnout recovery and the one that makes everything else work better. How to hydrate properly & a supplement guide that actually supports nervous system repair, sleep and calmness ( NOT drowsiness!). No overwhelm, no 47-step protocol.
These parts changed everything for me and my clients. Plus, foods that work with a depleted body, not against it.

A live breathwork practice we'll do together in the session (that you can do everyday!).
