This is tailored, one-on-one support to help you recover from burnout in a way that truly meets you where you are. Whether you’re a parent, a CEO, both, or somewhere in between, burned out from work or life itself, it doesn’t matter. Burnout shows up differently for everyone, and this work adapts to you.

Together, we address the emotional, physical, and mental toll burnout takes on your system so you can heal deeply, sustainably, and without guilt. This isn’t just about rest or setting boundaries. It’s a full-system reset.

What working with me looks like:​

  • Weekly to monthly 1:1 sessions (90 minutes each), based on your needs and energy levels

  • A customised “healing doc” updated after every session with notes, practices, and personal tools

MY APPROACH, STEP-BY-STEP

1. Fast Help: 
We start by creating a healthy baseline: working with nervous system support, gentle lifestyle shifts, and tailored nutrition and supplement suggestions. There is no one-size-fits-all here. We go at YOUR pace. This stabilizes your system so we can go deeper without overwhelm.
 
2. Making Space:
We bring structure into your days, carve out space in your schedule, and slowly help your body and mind exhale. This step is essential for making room for change.
 
3. Emotional Processing
Burnout is deeply linked to emotional suppression. We work together to safely release stored emotions, lighten your load, and help you feel more empowered, clear, and steady.

4. Rewriting Limiting Beliefs:
Whether you feel valuable only when you’re productive, or believe rest must be earned, we identify and shift the belief systems that led you into burnout. This changes everything.

 
5. Deep Inner Work:
We address the root wounds and patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode. From this, a more connected, grounded version of you begins to emerge, one that feels safe to take up space and live life on your terms.

PRICING & FORMAT

  • Sessions are 90 minutes long

  • Each session includes a follow-up healing doc with your custom notes + takeaways​​

  • €125 per session, or €1200 for a 10-session package
