I help people recover from burnout, and I help businesses stop it from happening in the first place.

Whether your burnout comes from work, life, or both, I support you to heal without guilt, and prevent it from happening again. I also partner with companies to break the burnout cycle and build more sustainable ways of working.

After 18 years in high-pressure leadership roles  - 17 of them as a people manager  - I know how burnout feels from the inside. I’ve lived it, and I’ve rebuilt my life from it.

My approach blends practical, science-backed tools with deep inner work that helps you reconnect with who you really are. Together, we look at the whole picture, so what you rebuild actually feels like you.
