BURNOUT ISN'T JUST
ABOUT DOING TOO MUCH. 

Most people think overwhelm or burnout is caused by working too hard.

What I see, again and again, is something deeper.

It’s about:

  • living from limiting beliefs

  • suppressing emotions

  • denying your own needs

  • tying your worth to being useful, good, or strong

  • being relentlessly harsh with yourself

  • You’re not lazy.

You’re clogged up: emotionally, mentally, nervous-system-wise, and still expect yourself to function.

AND NO: I WILL NOT JUST TELL YOU TO "SET BOUNDARIES"

If it were that easy, you would have done it already.

For many people, setting boundaries doesn’t feel empowering.

It feels physically painful. So we don’t start there.

We build self-worth, self-trust, and emotional capacity first, so boundaries become a natural consequence, not another thing you fail at.

What I will challenge are the beliefs quietly running your life in the background.

Because if you believe you don’t deserve rest, you won’t rest.

If you believe life is hard, everything will feel like a burden.

Those beliefs can change.

When they do, everything else follows and flows.

I help people recover from burnout, and more importantly, from the internal patterns that created it in the first place.

After 18 years in high-pressure leadership roles, most of them as a people manager, I burned out hard.

What I rebuilt wasn’t just my energy: it was my entire relationship with myself and with life.

I DON'T TEACH ANYTHING

And I don’t believe in surface-level solutions for deep problems.
